Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that unexpected delays can occur. However, to ensure the smooth running of our services for all guests, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late for your appointment.
You will have a 10 minute grace period for regular appointments and 7 minutes for consultations. After 10 minutes a $15 fee will be assessed. After 15 minutes, your appointment Will be canceled. For consultations, your appointment will be canceled after the 7 minute window. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please note that your appointment time may need to be shortened to prevent inconvenience to other clients.
Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and aim to provide the best service possible. As such, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a no show status and an automatic ban from booking. In some instances a $50 late cancelation fee will be applied in order to book again. No call NO shows will be banned from any future booking.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
For certain services or appointments, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
